The composer Klaus Michael Fruth is becoming 70 years old in 2010. At the occasion of this special birthday he let a project come true that so far is without precedent in the field of the apostolic congregations: He composed a mass, taking the texts from the Liturgy of 1864, offering a worthy accompaniement for liturgy-rich divine services. At the same time the composition is set in contemporary style.

Last year Dietmar Korthals began his Popular Organ concerts. In these concerts, he works with well-known church music themes and gives them a modern touch by using contemporary style elements. We are especially glad to present another booklet directed towards organists working with the New Apostolic Hymnal. We already were able to present easy organ settings with our "99 easy settings for the New Apostolic Hymnal". Now, we can introduce a new workbook called "Easy preludes for the New Apostolic Hymnal", which brings the aspect of intonations into focus. The booklet contains a theoretical introduction with exercises, as well as preludes for all melodies of the hymnal. It is thus suited for both education and practical use.
